These Terms govern the relationship between you (“Client”) and Contego (“Company”).
Contego provides a subscription-based content writing service. Clients may submit content requests within the limits of their chosen subscription plan. Contego delivers written content based on the requests submitted, following the rules and structure of each subscription tier.
Contego does not guarantee specific results, revenue, rankings, or outcomes from the use of our content.
By subscribing to Contego, you agree to the pricing, features, and limitations listed on our Pricing page at the time of subscription. Contego reserves the right to update or modify pricing and plan features at any time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles.
Each plan includes:
Contego may update plan features to improve service quality.
Content work is defined by “active requests.”
An active request is any piece of content currently being written or revised by Contego. When a request is completed, the next item in your queue becomes active.
Client responsibilities:
Contego may refuse requests that fall outside reasonable scope, violate policies, or contain harmful or illegal material.
Turnaround times vary by plan and represent the typical time to deliver a first draft.
Turnaround times do not include:
Contego aims to meet stated timelines but does not guarantee them.
Each subscription includes revisions according to plan rules.
Contego reserves the right to limit excessive revision behavior.

Contego does not provide:
Contego may decline work that violates legal, ethical, or platform guidelines.
Subscriptions renew automatically every month unless canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize Contego to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. Failed payments may result in account suspension.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of subscription-based services, Contego does not offer refunds for any billing period already processed.
Clients are responsible for canceling subscriptions before the next billing cycle if they no longer wish to continue.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous payments.
Upon cancellation:
Once full payment for a billing period is received, you receive complete ownership and usage rights to all content delivered to you.
Contego retains no rights to your completed content.
Contego reserves the right to display anonymized, non-sensitive samples for portfolio purposes unless the client requests removal or anonymity.
A client may request non-display at any time by contacting us.
You agree to:
Contego is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incomplete or unclear instructions.
Contego keeps all client information private and confidential.
We do not disclose your identity, company details, or project materials to any third party unless required by law.
Private information is never used in marketing without client approval.
Clients may not:
Contego may terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Contego is not liable for:
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid during the most recent billing cycle.
Contego can suspend or terminate access to the service if:
Upon termination, you lose access to your queue and unused requests.
Contego may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
